Uwe Beutnagel-Buchner
Uwe Beutnagel-Buchner received, in 1981, a diploma in Electrical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Hannover, Germany. For the last 14 years he has been employed at Robert Bosch GmbH in Stuttgart, Germany. Currently he is working in the corporate Center of Competence for Frequency Affairs where he took over the coordination and project management of the C-PMSE research project, which is investigating cognitive radio technology for PMSE systems.
